The mask has clear embossing, strong welding and fast speed, which meets the requirements of product performance. The design of the mask strictly conforms to the European and American testing standards, and is fully automatic operation. The whole machine is composed of material frame, forming, welding lug, folding welding and other parts. The automatic children's mask machine can only produce disposable flat masks, but not N95 and stereo masks.

Whether the mask is medical has nothing to do with the machine. The mask produced by this equipment can be used as surgical mask as long as it is disinfected. This machine adopts PLC touch screen control. The main conveyor belt is transported by single-phase motor, the stepping motor is turned over, the transmission is accurate, the control is stable, and the speed is adjustable

The roller frame machine is a servo rectifying system operated by high performance full touch screen. It is specially used to track material edge, track line and contrast degree. It is suitable for automatic control of rectifying deviation between rolling materials. The deviation of material is calculated by ultrasonic, infrared and CCD sensors, and the result is driven by the result. The motor and the code feedback are used to correct the offset material accurately, mainly used for label non-woven sanitary napkins production line, flexo printing, bag making and other industries.

operational steps

1.servomotor self-learning: first start the machine into the manual state, touch the mode "system parameters setting switch key" into the system parameters to set the main interface, click "automatic stroke identification button" start from learning. The motor will run back and forth, and learn the load and the stroke automatically, so as to get the best working state. After completion, the controller will return to the "manual" state.

2.manual state press "left" key, rectify deviation will move left, press "right" key, rectify deviation will move right, if direction opposite, can press "system parameter set switch key" key to enter "system parameter setting master interface", click "motor set button" to carry on hand direction change, then press "exit setting button" to quit, Then the manual direction has been switched.

3.enter the "automatic correction" state, determine whether the automatic direction is correct, if the direction is opposite, switch to "manual correction" state, according to "set automatic state motor positive and negative turn polarity" switch motor direction, then the automatic direction will be switched.

4.this step correction system can run normally, the "manual correction" state can be set up by "system parameters to switch buttons" into the "system parameter setting master interface". The corresponding parameters can be adjusted, and adjustment of sensitivityis generally not recommended to be too large or too small.

Extended functionality:

1 Material stop still: This function is in the "automatic" state. When the material suddenly breaks or finishes running, the correction will not run to the end to the end, but it will be delayed for a period of time (the delay time can be set). The control setting interface is set to “On” when the material is cut off.

2 external control: this function controls "automatic" and "manual" switching through external signals, when "auto" and "COM" are short-connected, Switch to "automatic" and switch to "manual" when disconnected. This feature enables offset correction to switch to "automatic" as the device runs, stops switching to "manual" and becomes more intelligent. This function needs to be externally controlled in the remote control settings interface.

3 Alarm output: this function is in the correction of the occurrence of limit, overload, over current and other conditions, the relay will be closed to provide a stop signal to the outside.

Common faults in Appendix and their Solutions

1.There is no reflection after the power supply, and the display is not brightCheck that the DC24V output of the power supply is normal, check whether the power cord is in good condition, whether the power plug is in good contact, and whether the connection is correct or not, and then plug it again.

2.Drive cannot limit position

1).check if the connection is correct and the joint is in good contact, plug and pull again

2).According to the "system parameter setting switch button", the manual correction mode is moved into the system parameter setting main interface, and click "automatic stroke recognition key" to start self-learning. The servo motor is self - learning.observe whether there is any change in the value of the bar chart in display motor position.

3.the drive does not work

1).check whether the coupling or synchronous pulley is loose or the belt is broken

2).Separate the drive from the rack and check if the mechanical part is stuck or the drive thrust is not enough.

 4. The drive works manually and automatically only in one direction

1).Check whether the sensor wiring is correct.

2).Use the material to block the sensor to see if you can change direction, if you can, switch polarity will be normal

3).Check to see if the sensor line is loose or broken.

4).Check the sensor selection is correct?

Ultrasonic AE-210 is suitable for all materials without mesh

Infrared AE-100 is suitable for materials with mesh (note that it cannot be installed in direct sunlight)

Color standard optoelectronic AE-90 is suitable for following color in low speed equipment

CCD image AE-400 is suitable for middle and high speed materials, such as edge, line, color, etc.

5).Driver jitter is too large. Processing mode: The gain value is reduced at the gain setting interface.

5 Rectifying roller back and forth swing large or insensitive: check whether the material slips on the roll, can increase the tension or increase the friction of the roll; gain can be adjusted; sensor can be as close as possible to the swing roll; Check the gap between the driver and the mechanical part.

6.The device mainframe does not work properly when it is not started and cannot work after startup

2). check whether there are high power interference sources near the controller and sensor, isolate and retest

3).Connect the equipment to the ground wire of this product

4).Check whether the cable and drive cable are around with the high-power motor line, please separate the test

5).Check whether the cable has broken rubber or bad contact

6.)heck if V- and PE are short circuit

7.Material electrostatic is particularly large: sensor and controller respectively ground wire, sensor as far as possible stuck in the middle of the material, it is best to add electrostatic elimination equipment
